 Please read our shipping policy below for important information regarding production, delivery, and shipping terms.
 
Order Processing & Production Times
Because many of our pieces are made especially for you, please allow the following timeframes:
Made-to-Order Pieces:
Production lead time is 3–6 weeks, depending on current order volume and how busy we are.
This timeframe is for creation only and does not include shipping time.

Ready-to-Buy Items: Dispatched within 1–3 business days.
 
If you require your piece urgently, please contact us at info@ashandsilver.com.au as soon as possible before or immediately after placing your order. We will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.
 
Please note that a rush fee may apply for priority production.
 
You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
 
Signature Requirement for Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order pieces are sent with signature on delivery to ensure your item arrives safely into your hands.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to sign for the parcel. If no one is available, the carrier may leave a collection notice or arrange redelivery.
Ash and Silver is not responsible for delays caused by missed delivery attempts.
 
Shipping Within Australia
We ship Australia-wide via trusted postal carriers.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Australia-wide Shipping: 2–10 business days (depending on postal service and location)

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
 
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, peak periods, rural locations, or carrier disruptions.
 
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• International Standard: 6–21 business days
   

Customs & Import Duties
Ash and Silver is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
If customs fees are not paid and the parcel is returned to us, you will receive a refund minus any shipping costs, return fees, customs charges, or handling fees incurred by Ash and Silver to have the item returned.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
 
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
 
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Ash and Silver is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers. If a parcel is returned due to incorrect information, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
 
Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at info@ashandsilver.com.au and we will assist in lodging an inquiry with the shipping carrier.
While we will always do our best to help, we are not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the postal carrier.
 
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of:

• The damaged item

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if approved.
