Information Accuracy
We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information—including prices and availability—at any time without notice. All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.

Price Confirmation
Prices displayed are subject to confirmation. If the confirmed price of an item differs from what is shown on the website or your purchase order, we will notify you via email.

Production Lead Times
Production lead times are influenced by designer availability. If the designer is fully booked, a rush order fee will be applied. Currently, the lead time for Made to Order items is 2-3 weeks, depending on availability. Thank you for your patience!

Returns and Exchanges
Please choose carefully, as our handmade items are non-refundable for change of mind. If you believe an item is faulty, you may return it at your expense for assessment. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund the item. Refunds will not be issued for damage caused by misuse. Repairs can be requested at the customer’s expense. Any eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. 

Color Variations
Please note that colors may appear differently on various screens. While we strive for accurate representation, Ash and Silver cannot be held responsible for discrepancies in color choices.

Purchase Limits
We reserve the right to limit the quantity of specific items purchased by individuals, families, or groups.
