Information Accuracy

We do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, including prices and product details. Sometimes, errors happen — if we spot one, we’ll fix it as soon as possible. All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.

Price Confirmation

Prices shown are final unless you request an additional customization. If any extra costs apply, we’ll always let you know before proceeding so there are no surprises.

Production Lead Times

Our talented designer pours heart and soul into every piece. Production times depend on their availability, and if they’re fully booked, a rush order fee applies. Currently, please allow 2–3 weeks for your Made-to-Order treasures to be lovingly created. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding!

Returns and Exchanges

Since each item is handmade especially for you, we kindly ask you to choose carefully as change-of-mind returns are not possible. If you believe your item has a fault, please contact us—we’ll gladly assess it. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or refund your purchase. Unfortunately, damage from misuse isn’t covered. Repairs can be requested at your cost. Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive the item.

Colors can look different depending on your screen, lighting, or device. We do our best to represent our pieces faithfully, but please understand that slight variations may occur.
